What’s a Holistic Nutritionist?
A Holistic Nutritionist looks at your whole self. It’s not just about what you’re eating. I look at what you’re eating, how you’re sleeping, stress levels, fitness routine, moods, recent labwork, and everything in between. Holistic Nutritionists look at the close connection between all of these things and how it is affecting your health.
I can't give up meat or dairy. Can you still help me?
Absolutely! While I help my clients transition to a plant-based lifestyle, I also help those interested in incorporating more plants into their diets. I believe everyone should be eating more veggies to improve their health. I’ll show you how, one meal at a time.
Do you take Insurance?
Unfortunately I don’t accept insurance. However, consider this an investment in your health. The money you spend now to invest in yourself, means a healthier and happier life – plus less medical bills in the future!

I will transform your life through food, recipes, and education while making it all fun, sustainable, and attainable! What is a Plant-based diet?
Plant-based is a lifestyle, not just a diet. It encompasses all the amazing foods on this planet including vegetables, fruit, greens, legumes, beans, nuts, and seeds, while eliminating or limiting oils, processed foods, and animal products. It is a nutrient-dense diet, backed by tons of evidence-based research.
